The COI Pilot ($5,000) is a fixed fee, paid once. No retainer and no auto-renewal — if it does not earn a second engagement, it ends by itself.
Workflow ($25,000+) and Platform ($50,000+) engagements begin with a consultation and a written proposal. They are billed by milestone — typically a deposit at kickoff with the balance across delivery — via Stripe, ACH, or wire.
Enterprise Transformation is scoped and priced per organization. No one is expected to purchase a $50,000 engagement from a webpage — every build starts with a conversation.
