How payment works

No surprise hourly billing.

The COI Pilot ($5,000) is a fixed fee, paid once, bought online without a call. No retainer and no auto-renewal — if it does not earn a second engagement, it ends by itself.

Workflow ($25,000+) and Platform ($50,000+) engagements begin with a written requirements review, then a Statement of Work. They are billed by milestone — typically a deposit at kickoff with the balance across delivery — via Stripe, ACH, or wire.

Enterprise engagements are scoped and priced per organization. No one is expected to purchase a $50,000 engagement from a webpage — every build starts with a written requirements review.

Production platform fees are determined after reviewing document volume, users, infrastructure, integrations and support requirements.

Estimated implementation window confirmed after scope, document volume, system access, and integration requirements are reviewed.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions.

A fixed-fee, one-time evaluation on an agreed set of your own certificates. We classify and extract them, you review the results with the original document one click away, and you get a review-agreement rate with its sample size, a written list of limitations, and a roadmap for what production would involve. It is designed to tell you whether this is worth building, including when the answer is no.

Not the clean one. The faxed, stamped, slightly crooked one that usually costs someone twenty minutes. Buy the pilot and run it through, or send us the requirements for something larger.
